Description
These 5-piece wooden AUSTRALIAN BIRD NESTING DOLLS start with a sulphur-crested cockatoo, followed by a galah, next a kookaburra, then a budgerigar, and are completed with a small fairy penguin. They are beautifully painted and have been carefully filed and sanded so that they don’t stick but are easily manipulated by the child sorting the correct tops and bottoms to put together. The cockatoo (the largest bird) measures 14cm (5.5″) tall and, at his widest point measures 7cm (2.5″) wide. There are currently only five of this item available.
This activity is a lovely extension to the two sets of Australian birds which are available in the 0-3 Cards and Objects section.
